"I booked a suv. But the car that arrived was a saloon. It looks like this was changed when I called to change the date of the taxi. The taxi also did NOT have a baby seat as booked. This put us in a position where we had to put my sons at risk. Overall very disappoint in the service when calling regards to the booking and the lack of solution when trying to sort my return trip. I am expecting a full refund for this trip. "
